WordPress Dropdown Menu Plugin Version 2.1 Beta

We’re back into Beta mode with the plugin. I’ve added support for Superfish style animated dropdowns. You can control the speed, mouseover time delay and mouseout time delays of the dropdown via the WordPress options page.

Demo

The new demo is very pretty, I hope you like it … live demonstration.

    Hi,

    Thanks for this great plugin.

One question. I want to have the selected navi menu to be highlighted when it goes to that page.
Could you tell where and how I should designate this please.

    Cheers

Ryan - Got it. Used your Generator for a quick solve. Thanks.

Version 2.1 is now uploaded. This version corrects a minor bug and adds “Recent Posts” as a menu item.

You can currently see a demo of the “Recent Posts” in action on the beta demo page.

George - Your menu is displaying exactly as you have set it to in Firefox. IE is displaying it incorrectly. Since you have set the background to white, the menu is displaying as white accordingly, hence you can’t see it on your white background.

Ryan - the menu works perfectly in I.E. But, in Firefox the blue navigation bar and the menu items do not show. Strangely the menu items show when you run the mouse over them (mouseover). Any thoughts?

    Found bug on line 16 of superfish_style.php. “$(”ul”, this).bgIframe({opacity:zfalse});” should be “$(”ul”, this).bgIframe({opacity:false});”

George - Glad to hear you got it going eventually :)

Ryan-I am not too bright! Discovered your great, admin panel. All needed changes made. Thanks again for a really cool, much needed, very simple (for the newbie) dropdown menu.

George - It looks like the plugin isn’t activated (there’s an error saying that the suckerfish() function could not be found). Let me know when it’s activated and I’ll take another look.

Ryan - sorry - the blog is at http://www.beaufortrotary.org/blog.

I am not sure where in the admin panel to make the title changes, unless I am looking at the wrong page.

    Thanks for the bother, George
