Ulsrudvannet

We had a great trip to Ulsrudvannet. A totally normal swim in a torrential downpour, some thunder, some lightning, followed by beautiful sunshine.

I don't recommend running 30 km. I feel somewhat wrecked right now

During a walking tour of Brasov, Romania, we stopped at Biserica Neagră (Black Church). It is a christian church, constructed around 1400.

I don't think there's any reason to be afraid, but I think it is critically important to be very careful exactly what you put online. My general rule of thumb is that if I'm not prepared to deal with the ramifications of what I do online becoming public, then I just don't do it. I slip up sometimes, but not often.
