Can you exclude the menu from a certain page??

I was wondering if it was possible to exclude the menu from showing up on a certain page?

Yes, you can use WordPress conditional tags for that. Try Googling "WordPress conditionals" to learn more about them and how to use them.

pageMash plugin allows you to 'hide' a page.
