@trepmal I'm guessing you installed an app which turned it on. I had that happen to me once.

@amberweinberg It makes no sense at all when I send the person a zip file for the theme that needs edited.

@amberweinberg I had a freelancer insist that he had to have access to my server to edit a theme once. He was promptly told to go stick it.

I eventually pulled my finger out and submitted my first theme to http://WordPress.org today.
