@mattcutts @donncha It does sync up with WordPress later, but the cookie would be lost in transit through Disquis.

@mattcutts @donncha Cookies for comments will not work with Disquis as it bypasses the internal WordPress commenting system.

@jan_dembowski @pingdom You'd need a different plugin for a sub-folder site across the whole network since settings are stored per site.

@jan_dembowski @pingdom Oh, actually, if you use sub-folders with no mapped domains, it could work without paying.

@jan_dembowski @pingdom You can network enable it, but you need to manually set it up per site. Plus you need to pay per site.

@OmriSancho An object caching plugin would speed up the initial page creation time though.

@OmriSancho If you are using Cloudfront to serve pages, then that is your static caching layer.

@OmriSancho I use Batcache as it's much simpler. I'm thinking of switching to something like Varnish instead.

@OmriSancho I've avoided W3TC and WP SuperCache for a long time now as I didn't have time to security audit all the code.
